DEATH or SERIOUS INJURY can occur:
• Vehicle Lap/Shoulder Belt must be properly positioned on
child. Use Vehicle Shouler Belt Positioner to center Vehicle
Shoulder Belt on child’s shoulders.
• If child will not keep Vehicle Shouler Belt properly positioned
on shoulder, DO NOT use this Booster Car Seat. Use a
different child restraint system.
• Do not allow child to slide down in Highback Booster Car
Seat which could position Vehicle Lap Belt across child’s
abdomen and shoulder belt over neck or face.
