INITIAL BLUETOOTH PAIRING
NOTE: Before operating the EPIC 3 RDI amp with the APX radio, please ensure the APX radio
firmware has been updated to R15.00 or higher and the radio has been configured for
Bluetooth operation.

EPIC 3 RDI Voice Amplifier
1.
Power on the RDI Voice Amplifier
by pressing and holding the red
power button. The RDI Voice
Amplifier will emit an audio tone
and the LED will switch from
blank to green.
2.
Continue holding the power
button until the LED switches
from green to solid red. Release
the red power button.
3.
The LED will switch to blinking red
indicating the RDI Voice Amplifier
is now in Bluetooth pairing mode
and can be paired with a Motorola
APX radio.
