Other Cautions
：
1.This BGA rework station is IR and hot air rework system, if there is
breeze flow >2M/S, it will affect the efficiency of soldering. So please
make sure to use it in room without obvious wind flow.
2.Room temperature will have effect on soldering. Users should adjust
the preheating temperature according to current room temperature any
time(Summer and winter is different)
Methods for increasing the preheating temperature: Increase the heating
time of first segment of both top IR & lower heater. And higher the
temperature of pre-heating controller from 30
℃
to 50
℃
.
3.
Choose air nozzle with suitable size is important. Generally, the larger
air nozzle used the higher temperature needed. r ight size air nozzle has a
great impact on welding. In general, larger air nozzle, need higher
temperature. The recommended temperature profile is tested from
34mm*34mm (medium air nozzle). When heating, the distance of air
nozzle and chip is 2-3mm.
