1 SAFETY RULES
As a Scoozy user, you are always responsible for it comply with
the locally applicable safety regulations and guidelines. It is
important to first gain driving experience under the supervision
of an experienced instructor. Your scoozy product specialist can
help you with this.
Scoozy accepts no liability for damage or injury caused by
negligence or failure to comply with the safety regulations.

INTENDED USE
Scoozy can be used as a Type C mobility scooter. This means that
Scoozy can drive mainly outdoors, up paved roads and paths. In
case of doubt you can do this consult the manual again.
SCOOZY IS DEVELOPED FOR:
•
The transport of one person weighing up to 120 kg with a
maximum of 30 kg of luggage;
•
Use on sidewalks, footpaths, cycle paths and roads (if
allowed by local traffic rules);
•
Use indoors and outdoors.
Driver:
•
The person on Scoozy is the driver.
•
Scoozy may only be controlled by the driver.
•
If you are under the influence of drugs that drive can
influence (such as drugs, alcohol or medicines), you cannot
drive Scoozy.
•
If you have insufficient vision, do not control Scoozy.
•
It is mandatory in the Netherlands to have your Scoozy at
least WA to ensure.
