6. To guarantee the rights in accordance with the guarantees
outlined above in the event of damage or other calamities,
contact Scoozy as soon as possible and Scoozy provide as
much information as possible. The possibility to appeal to
the aforementioned guarantee conditions expire for the
Customer in any case after 20 working days after the date
of the incident or calamity which form the basis for the
guarantee claim.
7. The replacement of a part or the repair or overhaul of the
product within a warranty period warranty period not.
8. Scoozy offers no guarantee for repair or overhaul of it
product that is exported other than by order of and / or or
at the direction of Scoozy. If repairs and / or revisions are
carried out by or on behalf of a Customer, the Customer will
Safeguard Scoozy with regard to claims from third parties
that, in the broadest sense of the word, are the result of such
repairs or revisions.
LIABILITY PROVISIONS
Regardless of what is stipulated with regard to liability in the
general terms and conditions that apply to it product, the
following applies with regard to the liability:
Taking into account the following provisions, Scoozy accepts
liability only for damage caused by death or physical injury
resulting from a defect in the product for which Scoozy is
responsible and for damage to another object that it is the private
property of the user of the product, as long as the damage
mentioned is the direct result of a mistake the product.
Scoozy accepts no other or further liability than those outlined
under 1. In particular, Scoozy does not accept some liability for
consequential damage, in whatever form also.
