The network switch should be a Gigabit switch and configured for multicast video.
This means it should have Jumbo Frame and IGMP facilities. If you are unsure or
need help choosing and configuring your switch you should consult your network
administrator.

Question:
The display show a message “Waiting for Connection”.
Answers:
1. Check the receiver has the correct channel number in the “Tx Connected”
window.
2. Check the transmitter is powered on and the HDMI cable is connected.
3. If you are using a switch, make sure both units are connected to the switch.
Question:
The video is freezing or of poor quality.
Answers:
1. Make sure the Ethernet switch is a Gigabit switch on all ports and that the
Jumbo Frame and IGMP functions are set correctly.
Question:
Display has a black screen or no image.
Answers:
1. Check the HDMI connection to the transmitter and make sure the source
device is outputting video.
2. Make sure your display device is capable of displaying the chosen video
resolution.
