How to Replace the CAB A2 Printer
Purpose
This guide is intended for a technician to use when replacing the CAB A2 Print Head on
the VX2/VXL. Please follow the instructions below to properly replace the printer.

Instructions
1.
Turn off the unit.
2.
Open the print head.
3.
Remove labels and ribbon from travel path.
4.
Close the print head.
5.
Using a 2.5mm allen wrench unscrew the print head from the bracket, then open
the print head
6.
Gently pull the print head forward. ( the wires connecting the head can get
stuck, so pull on them lightly to free them from behind the bracket)
