Unplug the white cable then the black cable, and the print head is free.

Plug in new print head with the Black cable, then the White.
9.
Re-seat the print head into the print head bracket.
10.
Close the print head as much as needed to screw in the bracket screw.
11.
Screw the bracket to the print head using the previously removed screw.
12.
Replace labels and ribbon to travel path.
13.
Close the print head completely.
14.
Turn the unit back on and test.
