This connection is reserved for future use
2 S-Video Out
Sends an S-Video signal to your TV or VCR. This signal is
standard definition (SD) but higher quality than other SDTV
connections

Connects to the video input of TV or VCR
4 Audio Out
Sends analog audio signals (left and right) to a stereo receiver
(LEFT and RIGHT)
or TV with stereo ouputs
5 Cable Out
Sends stereo, analog audio and SDTV video signals to a TV
or VCR
6 Cable In
Receives the signal from your cable service provider
7 BYPASS*
Use for optional RF Bypass module to allow viewing one channel
while recording another
8 AC Outlet
Controls power of another device, such as a TV
9 AC Power Input
Delivers power to the set-top
