WARNING:
Hazards caused by batteries!
If you use batteries improperly, there is a danger of explosion or chemical burns due to battery fluid leaking.
• Do not throw batteries into a fire. They may explode or emit toxic vapours.
• Do not expose batteries to sustained direct sunlight and heat. High risk of leakage!
• Do not charge batteries, do not take them to pieces and do not short-circuit them. Risk of explosion!
• Remove the battery from the battery compartment when it is flat or if you are not going to use the product for a longer
period of time.
• Ensure correct polarity when inserting the battery.
• Use batteries of the same type only.
• Clean the battery and device contacts if needed before inserting the battery.
• Ensure that the product is switched off after use.
• Consult a doctor immediately if you suspect someone has swallowed a battery or it has entered the body in any other
way.
• Do not touch leaked batteries. If you do happen to come into contact with battery fluid, wash the affected area tho-
roughly with plenty of clean water. Also seek medical help if leaking battery fluid causes a skin reaction or gets into
eyes.
• Do not use the product any longer if the battery compartment housing the battery no longer closes securely. Remove
the battery and put it in a safe place out of children‘s reach.

The light from the LED light is strong and can damage the eyes if you look into it from insufficient distance.
• Never look into a lit LED lamp at close distance.
• Never examine a lit LED lamp with a magnifying glass or any other optical instruments.

Listening to music at a continuous high volume can cause damage to hearing.
• Prevent damage to health and avoid listening to music at a high volume for long periods of time.
• Always keep an adequate distance from the product at high volume levels and never place your ears directly against
the speaker.

Handling the product improperly can lead to damage to the product.
• Position the product on a dry, level, heat-resistant, easily accessible, sufficiently stable working surface. Do not position
the product on the edge of the working surface.
• Never position the product on or near to hot surfaces, such as hot plates or cooktops.
• Do not bring the product or the USB charging cable into contact with hot components.
• Never expose the product to high temperatures (heating and similar) or the weather (rain, etc.).
• Never pour liquid into the product.
• Never immerse the product in water to clean it and do not use steam cleaners to clean. The product can otherwise
become damaged.
• Do not use the product any longer if its plastic components are cracked or have become warped. Replace damaged
components with original spare parts only.
• The product’s illuminant cannot be replaced. Replace the entire product when the illuminant has reached the end of
its service life.
INITIAL OPERATION
Checking product and supplied package
NOTE:
Risk of damage!
The product can become quickly damaged if you do not take care when opening the packaging with a sharp knife or
other sharp objects.
• Open the packaging very carefully.
1. Remove the product from the packaging.
2. Check that the supply package is complete.
3. Check that the product or individual parts are not damaged. If anything is damaged, do not use the product. Contact
the hotline or e-mail address given in this operating manual.
