Observe the minimum clamping depth! Failure to comply with the minimum clamping
depth can result in breakage of the expansion sleeve and loss of accuracy.
Please consider the technical data of the machine interface.
A control of the clamping force should be done before the first use, after appr. 100 tool
changes and at the latest every 3 months.
The clamping screw must be turned in with an Allen key to the limit stop.
Only use SCHUNK intermediate sleeves!
In case of use of SCHUNK intermediate sleeves,
the intermediate sleeves have to be inserted to the face stop.
The vent screw of the hydraulic system is protected with a pin or resin.
Don’t remove this protection!

26]. This maintenance and care information refers to a normal environment.
Attachements and modifications, constructional changes and subsequent work, e.g.
additional threads, drill holes and safety devices, can compromise the operation and
safety or damage the product. Constructional changes may be only done with permission
from SCHUNK.
