has carried out a hygiene test for the

D-74348 Lauffen/Neckar
with the following result:

All surfaces coming into contact with the product have a sufficiently low surface roughness in accordance
with the regulations for usage
➢
Fluids can either freely drain away from the surfaces or they can be removed by other means
➢
There are no recesses or dead spaces in the foodstuffs zone
➢
All grease areas are within the sealed housing and therefore not in the foodstuffs zone. The lubricant is
H1 compliant and has been approved by the FDA
➢
All surfaces coming into contact with foodstuffs are freely accessible for cleaning and can be easily
cleaned and/or disinfected
➢
The construction of the screwed cable gland is sealed and smooth
➢
All screw connections are inside the housing and are smoothly sealed by means of plastic parts
➢
The seals between the components of the housing are made of PTFE material. They are smooth
and properly sealed
➢
All materials used which may come into contact with the foodstuffs are food-compatible and have been
authorized by the FDA
