Interferences
Behavior in the event of malfunctions:

Immediately take the product out of operation and report the fault to the responsible per-
sons.
•
Have the fault rectified by personnel trained for this purpose
•
Do not take the product back into service until the fault has been rectified.
•
Check the product after a malfunction to ensure that the functions of the product are still
given and that no extended hazards have emerged.

Maintenance
ATTENTION
Danger resulting from damage to the system due to electrical
voltage

Protect the system from moisture and incoming wetness,
only clean dry
•
In particular, care should be taken not to get the tablet wet or damp
to avoid damage to the device.
To ensure trouble free, long term use, clean and maintain the product and the attachment parts
regularly and check their functionality.

The specified maintenance intervals are based on SCHUNK's experience and are a recommenda-
tion. Depending on the ambient and operating conditions as well as the clamping frequency of the
product, the maintenance intervals must be adjusted accordingly and specifically noted. In the
case of maintenance intervals with two or more specifications, the specification that applies first
counts.
After completing the required maintenance work, carry out the necessary adjustments and func-
tion tests again.
