Attention Owner/Operator
BEFORE OPERATING THIS MACHINE:
1. Carefully read the Operator's Manual, completely understand the Safety Messages and instructions, and
know how to correctly operate both the tractor and implement.
2. Fill out the Warranty Card in full. Be sure to answer all questions. Make sure to record the Serial Number of
the implement. Mail within 30 days of the delivery date of this implement.
NOTE: Warranties are honored only if completed “Owner Registration and Warranty” forms are mailed to
Schulte Industries Ltd. within thirty days of delivery of the implement.
3. Record the FM-115 Front Mount Frame's model number and serial number on the warranty page at the front
of the this Operator's Manual. Keep this information as part of the permanent maintenance file for the
implement.
The FM-115 Front Mount Frame employs shear bolt to protect the driveline (340-924)
The proper shear bolt for this 1-3/8 Z6 Driveline is M10 x 50 Grade 8.8
NOTE: Both length and grade are important in this
specification. For example: M10 X 50 Grade 8.8
indicates a metric bolt 10mm in diameter, 50 mm
long of grade 8.8.
IMPORTANT: Replacement of a shear bolt with one
of a grade, length or diameter other than the
specified shear bolt will be considered unauthorized
modification and warranty will be void.
Refer to the “Maintenance” section of this Operator's
Manual for help in properly identifying these grades
of bolts.
Refer to your Snow Blower operator's manuals for
shear bolts used to protect the snow blower cross
auger.
