Move the lever on the burner to the right or left to regulate the strength of the flame.
The burner has 4 settings (heat levels): opening the middle hole, opening 3, 6 or 9 holes.
The burner reaches the highest temperature when all holes are open. The smallest flame
is created by just opening the middle hole. To put out the flame, simple place the cover
over the paste burner.
Please note/Warning notes
· Only use the fondue set for the purpose for which it was intended.
· Do not modify the fondue set in any way.
· Never leave the fondue set unattended when in use. Keep children away from the
fondue set. This fondue set is not a toy.
· Do not fill the fondue pot to the top. Please note the instructions regarding the maxi-
mum fill line (see instructions for use).
· Only ever use the fondue set on an even, stable and heat-resistant surface. The gene-
ration of heat means that otherwise there is a risk of the surface becoming discoloured
or bubbling.
· Please be sure to read the instructions for use for the operation of the safety paste
burner.
Note:
Do not put the paste burner in the dishwasher; always wash it by hand.
· Take care when drying the slate rechaud after washing up (sharp areas along the cut-
ting line are possible).
· Make sure that no flammable objects are placed next to the rechaud.
· The fondue set should only ever be used in well-ventilated rooms. Please ensure that
there is no back draught as this can affect the flame of the paste burner.
