4.9 Folding / unfolding the frame

For easy transport or better storage of the
anterior walking aid, the frame of size 2 +3
can be folded. Pull both locking bolts (

D

) at

the same time and fold the frame up (

E

). Sim-

ply pull the frame apart to unfold. Make sure
that the locking bolts click back in.

The frame can only be folded for size 2+3!

Locking bolts must click back in again after un-

folding.

4.10 Rollback stop (optional)

To prevent unintentional rolling back,

marcy.

can optionally be equipped with a rollback
stop. The rollback stop is integrated in the
rear wheels and can be activated or deacti-

Activating the rollback stop

Turn the locking bolt (

wards and turn the wheel to the back until
the locking bolt (

C

Deactivating the backwards stop

Turn the locking bolt (

C

) by half a turn forwards until it is held in place by

the catch.

marcy.

offers the opportunity to adjust the

wheelbase and therefore increase the sup-
port area to the back. This is how the patient's
body centre of gravity shifts within the support
area of the anterior-walker. In order to extend
the wheelbase, undo the screw (

D

) under-

neath the frame. Now pull out the wheelbase
to the required position and fix the screw
again. The wheelbase may not be pulled out
of the adapter over the STOP marking (

E

)!

The wheelbase may not be pulled out of the adapter over the STOP marking (E)!
