Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
School Zone takes steps to avoid collecting any personal information from
children and such personal information, including photographs, artwork, and voice
recordings, is stored locally on the device and is not transferred to School Zone.
School Zone does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information
from children without prior parental consent, except as permitted by law. School
Zone is not responsible for the collection of children's personal information by
third parties that may occur while a child is using the Little Scholar™.
School Zone and its suppliers assume no responsibility for any damage or loss,
including but not limited to loss or claims by third parties, resulting from or in
connection with the Little Scholar™, the adapter, the software loaded on or
available for use on the Little Scholar™, this manual or any other items provided
to you as part of or in connection with this product, or resulting from or in
connection with the use of any of the foregoing. School Zone expressly disclaims
any responsibility for any damage or loss caused by deletion or other loss of data
for whatever reason.
Limited Warranty
This product is covered by School Zone's 90-day standard limited warranty. For
any claim under the limited warranty or after sale service, please contact your
distributor and present a valid proof of purchase. The limited warranty covers any
manufacturing material and workmanship defect, with the exception of any
deterioration arising from the non-observance of the instruction manual or from
any careless action implemented on this item (such as dismantling, exposing to
heat and humidity, etc.). A broken screen as well as any damage caused by using
an adapter other than the one provided is not covered by the limited warranty.
NOTE: Changes or modifications to this unit not expressly approved by School
Zone will invalidate this warranty.

SECTION, THIS PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY
OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
