Blasting with suction hose:
2. Unscrew the cover (item 14) and the re-
ducing nipple (item 03).
3. Screw on the material suction
hose (item 04) in place of the reducing
nipple
4. Material can be drawn directly from a
sack or vessel.

The air pipe (item 07) must not become
blocked !
Compressed air connection:
1. Connect a filter pressure reducer up-
stream of the filter.
2. Press the quick-action coupling of the air
hose onto the plug nipple (item 01)
(Figure 1a).
3. If necessary, use a microfilter and acti-
vated charcoal filter.
Operation
:
1. Press the trigger lever (item 02).
Using the sand blasting gun:

The blasting effect of the nozzle can be
adapted in line with the device type, ob-
ject and air pressure:
1. Slacken the counternut (item 06) on the
depressurised device.
2. Screw the nozzle (item 11) in or out to
alter the suction power.
3. Secure the nozzle setting using the coun-
ternut.

Do not unscrew the nozzle (item 11) too
far, otherwise the nozzle will wear more
quickly.

Nozzle sets are wear parts; keep a spare
ready.
Replacing the nozzle set:
1. Unscrew the union nut (item 06).
2. Replace the nozzle (item 11).
3. Tighten the union nut (item 06).
After use:
1. Disconnect the quick-action coupling
from the plug nipple (item 01)
(Figure 1b).
2. Clean and store the device in dry condi-
tion
3. Do not use any organic halogen solvents,
tricholoromethyl, ethylene chloride etc.
4. Do not immerse completely in cleaning
bath /
machines.
2.5 Maintenance

Do not use any materials containing silicon
for cleaning or lubrication.

Keep the cover seal (Fig. 3b) clean and
check regularly.
2.6 Decommissioning
Storage:
Clean, dry, dust-free, not below
5° C.
Store material according to the applicable le-
gal regulations.
Before storing the sand blasting gun, empty
of any abrasive.
Disposal:
Dispose of the packaging / device
/ materials used according to applicable legal
regulations.

Basis for warranty claims:

According to legal provisions, you re-
ceive the following warranty against
material and manufacturing defects:
private use only: 2 years,
commercial use: 1 year.
Excluded from warranty claims:
Wear or
expendable parts, improper use, overloading
/ incorrect pressure, manipulation / inappro-
priate use, inadequate / incorrect / lack of
maintenance or lubrication, bumps / im-
pacts, dust / dirt accumulation, unauthorised
/ incorrect working procedures, incorrect
power supply, impure / insufficiently filtered
compressed air, failure to read the instruc-
tion manual, incorrect operating resources /
materials.
Apply a light coat of oil to the
valve pin.
