DND is a feature that, when enabled, forces all internal or external callers straight to your voicemail
box. It is typically used when the user is in a meeting and does not want their phone to ring.
To enable DND, press the DND button on the phone. When DND has been enabled the light next to the
DND button will be lit up red and the screen on the phone will show “DND activated.”
