Assembly
Handle
The compressor handle is to be assembled as follows:
Fig. 2
Get the two threaded pins from the accessory bag and
1
put them into the threaded holes in the handle tubes.
Push the two handle ends into the fixing holes.
2
Tighten the screws to fix the handle in place.
3
Wheels, Fig. 3
To secure the wheels (12), first place a disc with the
1
wheel bolts through the wheel. Then, add a disc and
a hex-nut on the inside of the wheel. Now tighten the
nut by hand to the greatest extent that will allow the
wheel to still rotate.
Slide the wheel through the clip under the tank.
2
Then fasten it with a disc, a safety glass, and a nut and
3
tighten them together.
Repeat this process for the second wheel.
4
Rubber feet, Fig. 4
Fix the rubber feet to the bracket on the front of the tank
using the screws, washers and nuts supplied.
Oil, Fig. 5
Warning: For the first use, the compressor must be filled with
oil
In order to prevent a possible spilling of the oil during
transport, the oil is supplied in a separate bin. It must be
filled into the tank before switching the compressor on.
Operating the machine without oil will cause irreparable
damage and render the warranty invalid.
Remove the plastic oil inlet plug (14) on top of the
1
crank box of the compressor casing.
Fill the oil supplied into the crank box until the oil
2
level in the sight glass (16) reaches the centre of the
red circle.
Re-attach the oil inlet plug (14) and tighten it firmly.
