14. Troubleshooting

The compressor does not start.
No supply voltage.
Check cable, power plug, fuse and socket.
Insufficient supply voltage.
Avoid extension cables that are too long.
Use extension cables with sufficient wire
cross-section.
Outside temperature is too low.
Do not operate below +5° C outside tem

perature.
Motor is overheated.
Allow the motor to cool down. If necessary,
eliminate the cause of overheating.
The compressor starts but there is
no pressure.
The non-return valve leaks.
Replace non-return valve.
The seals are damaged.
Check seals, have broken seals replaced at
a specialist workshop.
Compressor running, pressure
shown on the display, but tools are
not running.
The hose connections have a
leak.
Check compressed air hose and tools, re

place if necessary.
