AUTOMATIC RESET FUNCTION
Your scale has an automatic reset function. After the data are displayed on the screen, the data will be reset in a
few seconds and the screen will show 0.0 again. You may conduct the weighing again or start the weighing by
setting a new user.
SETTING USER DATA
Input your parameters before the testing.
Press the “SET” button, and the screen will show the first out of twelve memory input cells.
Confirm the cell number by pressing “SET” button or select the next number by pressing buttons; for example,
“2”. Press “SET” to go to the next settings.
Next the screen will show
“male”
or “female”
symbol.
Confirm the selection by pressing “SET” button or
select your gender by pressing buttons.
Press “SET” to go to the next settings.
Similarly input the age parameters
AGE
(10-100 years) and the height parameters
cm
(100-250 cm).
Press “SET” button to confirm each parameter.
After the last parameter has been confirmed (height, cm), the screen will show “0.0” kg and the user number, for
example, “2”. Your data have been saved.
Next time you turn on the scale, the screen will display the parameters of the last user.
WEIGHING WITH ANALYSIS
After selecting the user data start the weighing.
Stand still during the weighing so that the reading can get stable.
Attention: your feet, calves, ankles or thighs should not touch each other during the weighing. Otherwise the
weighing results may be incorrect.
First the screen will display your weight, and then in a few seconds you will see the information on the percent
share of the fat, water, muscle and bone mass in your body.
After the test you will see the calculation of your recommended daily caloric intake. Daily caloric intake is the
number of calories which are needed for performing normal activities and for the support of your body without the
accumulation of extra weight.
The analytical information will be displayed on the screen in the following sequence:

MESSAGES ON THE DISPLAY
ATTENTION: If an error message is displayed, wait until the appliance shuts down. Switch it on again to restart the
operation. If the error message does not disappear remove batteries from the battery compartment for 10 seconds,
after that insert them again and switch on the appliance.
