7. Insert the gearbox and fasten it into
the housing with the three bolts.
It is recommended to use FDA-
approved Loctite 2046, Scanjet art.
no. 250062-0,012, on the bolts.
8. Mount the turbine shaft, stator and
ball race.
9. Point lock support bearing (pos. 2)
with one or two points of Loctite
2046 on the thread. Be careful
because too much will make it
diffi cult to disassembly. Mount with
tool “25255” as per page 17.
Minimum torque to be applied is
80Nm “60Lb-Ft”.
10. Mount four locking shafts (pos. 5)
in the stator (pos. 6). The rotation is
important and the chamfer should
be facing upwards as shown on the
picture. To make it easy to mount
and remove, let the pins on the
locking ring (pos. 4) face upwards as
well.
11. Mount the connection by carefully
pushing it into the machine until
it locks. Check that all four locking
shafts have gone in completely.
12. Test run the machine to check that everything is working as it should.
