Warranty services
In the event of a guarantee claim, SaxxTec rectifies the defect or replaces the defective equipment with a defect-free piece of
equipment as it sees fit free of charge without prior further enquiry. SaxxTec acquires the ownership of the replaced equipment
and replaced parts.
Assertion
The guarantee claim is asserted by handing or sending the product to SaxxTec within the guarantee period incl. the sales receipt.
When sending the product, the transport risk lies with the sender. SaxxTec will not refund any shipping, transport, or other costs.
Please note
In your own interests, please package the product carefully, preferably in the original packaging, and send it to the correct
address. Enclose in your parcel the sales receipt and a precise description of the defect.
Commercial warranty claims
The customer’s warranty claims from the purchase agreement with the seller are not affected or restricted by this guarantee with
regard to the customer.
