Some assembly is required on your part to finish the Panel Express.
1. Remove Cart, Foam Wheels,
and all hardware packed in the
box.
2. Install the Foam Tires and
Axel using the provided flat
washers and cotter pins.
3. Install blue Locking Swivel
Casters with the provided half
inch lock washers.
4. Install handle Assembly
using provided hardware and
wrenches.
