ABOUT THE PANEL EXPRESS
THE PANEL EXPRESS SELF-ADJUSTING
ALL-TERRAIN DOLLY
● Clamps automatically down onto the material.
● Can carry fully framed door and window units.
● Can carry up to 18 half-inch sheets with optional
shelf.
● Can carry wood, glass, granite, drywall and similar
panel material.
Includes locking casters for easy loading or unloading on a sloped driveway, a convenient handle for moving the dolly
when empty and maintenance free foam filled tires that never go flat. Now you can easily go across unlevel terrain when
necessary. It has a 26" wheelbase and a low carry height.
UNPACKING THE PANEL EXPRESS
When unpacking, CHECK TO MAKE SURE THAT THE DOLLY IS INTACT / UNDAMAGED and that all ordered parts are
included. If
any parts are missing or broken, please call Saw Trax Manufacturing as soon as possible at 770-974-0021.
IMPORTANT WARNINGS AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1.
Read and understand all instructions. Failure to follow all instructions may result in serious injury or property
damage.
2. Do not exceed 700 lb. max weight capacity (base model). Locking brace max weight of 200 lb.

Do not allow persons to operate or assemble the product until they have read this manual and have developed
a thorough understanding of how it works.

Do not modify this product in any way. Unauthorized modification may impair the function and/or safety and
could affect the life of the product.
5.
Use the right tool for the job. DO NOT attempt to force small equipment to
do the work of larger industrial equipment. There are certain applications
for which this equipment was designed. This product will be safer and do
a better job at the capacity for which it was intended. DO NOT use this
equipment for a purpose for which it was not intended.
6. Industrial or commercial applications must follow OSHA requirements.

Inspect the work area before each use. Keep work area clean, dry, free of
clutter, and well-lit. Cluttered, wet, or dark work areas can result in injury.
8.
Keep children and bystanders away from the work area while operating the tool. Do not allow children to
handle the product.
