4. CONTROLS
Key Function
LED

Turns the lights on/off at maximum intensity.

Pressing the key for approximately 2” activates/deactivates the
Winter Start
function
(See the section described below).
When
Wintr Start
is enabled, LED
S1
flashes only once, while if Winter Start is
disabled, LED
S1
flashes twice.

T1
Turns the motor on/off at the first speed.
On / Off
T2
Turns the motor on at the second speed.
On / Off
T3
Turns the motor on at the third speed.
On / Off
T4
Short press: Turns the motor on/off at
INTENSIVE
speed. This speed is
timed to 6 minutes. At the end of this time, the system automatically returns
to the previously selected speed.
Flashing
Long press: The “
Speed1 tuning
” menu is entered. For details on the
menu, see the dedicated section below.

5. ENGINE SETTINGS
Disconnect the hood from the wall socket. Wait for around 5 seconds. Then reconnect the hood and immediately
press the T4 button for at least 7 seconds. The hood now switches to motor setting mode, as indicated by the LED on
button T2. If the light does not turn on, repeat the steps.
The operation of engine settings consists of two consecutive stages:
1] Engine type Note:(AC or EC)
2] Setting of engine control speeds
1. Selection of motor type (AC or EC)
The hood can only control one AC or more EC motors at a time. The AC motor is selected as factory setting.
The T4 button selects the AC motor, as an indication of this, the LED light S1 turns on.
The T3 button selects the EC motor, as an indication of this, the LED light S1 turns off.
The choice of motor type is confirmed by pressing the T2 key. After that, the settings move to the setting of the
engine control speeds.
Note! The EC motor always needs its own separate 230 VAC operating voltage. It is not possible to use the AC
engine control outlet for this!
