Fasten a CABINET RIGHT (40CA) and a CABINET
LEFT (40CB) to the ENDS (E). Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT
HEAD SCREWS (3S) through holes #1 and #3.

NOTE: After you attach the CABINET RAILS, the ENDS
will be labeled RIGHT END and LEFT END.
