Fasten four CORNER BRACKETS (31G) to the BOTTOM (D).  Use eight BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S).  

Fasten the two front CORNER BRACKETS to the FRONT FEET (R and S).  Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S).
