ratio registration.
2.Where there is no Barcode Print Specification <BW> and Print Number Specification <Q> at ratio registration, ratio registration of
only narrow and wide bar which is specified at Barcode Ratio Specification <BT> will be performed.
3.Registration item is valid only for 1 type.
4.It becomes command error and will not be registered if data not within specification is set.
