Blade Valve with a 2" Quick Connect Cam.
Blade Valve Accessible 4" Clean Out Port.
The unit includes a blade style dump valve with a 2" quick connect cam. The blade
valve dumps from the bottom of the waste tank with a low point sump. Connect vacuum
hose to 2" quick connect cam to dispose waste. Tank is vented to allow air in as it is
pumped. The Blade style dump valve is located on the side of trailer near the service
area.
1. Check tank located in the service area to determine if the tank needs
pumped. ALWAYS pump the tank before transport.
2. Lower Tongue Jack to create gravity in the waste tank.
3.
Connect vacuum hose to 2” quick connect cam located in the front of the
trailer in the protected area inside the tongue.
4. Open valve.
5. Vacuum waste from tank.
6. Add water deodorizers to bathroom toilets or at the top of the tank.
High Level Indicator High Level Mark Indicator Light (60 Flushes)
The Waste Site Gauge is located in the service area. To prevent overfilling, the high
level indicator will be lit. This will indicate when the waste tank should be emptied. We
suggest checking the high level mark periodically. The system will allow only 60 more
flushes before it automatically shuts down the vacuum. The indicator light will be lit
when 60 flushes have been used.
