Cold rooms can be humidified using a Room Distribution Unit, making sure that this operates within its operating
limits. The room must have operating temperatures of between -10°C and +20°C, with a percentage of relative
humidity of no greater than 80% RH.  If these limits are not possible, the steam can be distributed in the cold room
using a distributor pipe in duct work.  In any case, the steam must not come into direct contact with air discharge
from the refrigeration unit in the cold room, to avoid possible condensation.
