Continuous leakage at
saturation relief valve 1. Relief valve damaged.
2. Check valve stuck by foreign matter or
damaged. 1. Replace it.
2. Remove it for inspection or replace it with a
new one.
No sound after power up 1. Poor contact of wiring or fuse broken.
2. Tripped electromagnetic protector.
3. Motor failure. 1. Check the wiring or replace the fuse.
2. Depress the protector.
3. Send it for repair.
The motor buzzes but does not
start 1. Voltage drop due to the extension cable used
for too long time.
2. Insufficient voltage.
3. Too high motor load.
4. Crankshaft boundless.
5. Motor failure.
6. Phase loss of power supply.
7. Broken starting capacitor of single-phase
motor.
8. Loose centrifugal switch of single-phase
motor. 1. Change to a shorter extension cable or the
power cable with an appropriate diameter.
2. Notice the electric power company for
overhaul.
3. Release the pressure inside the air reservoir,
reducing the load.
4. Send it for repair.
5. Send it for repair.
6. Check the power supply.
7. Replace the starting capacitor.
8. Adjust the distance and tighten it.
