CLIPPING TIPS

1.  Attach the comb guide length of your choice. 

2.  Switch on the clipper using the on/off sliding switch located on top of the 

clipper. The green LED will illuminate and the blades will start to move.

3.  Hold your new tool with the teeth of the clipper pointing upwards, so that the 

comb guide is flat on the head

4.  Begin cutting on the nape of your neck (fig.1). Slowly move the clipper 

upwards through the hair and towards the front of the 
head in a forwards sweeping motion, taking care on areas 
where there may be warts, moles, spots and broken skin.

5.  Once at the front of the head, engage the opposite blade in 

a backward sweeping motion to move from the front of the 
head, to the nape of the neck. Continue with this sweeping 
cutting motion, running from the nape of the neck to the 
front of the head until you reach an all-over same length. 

6.  Only apply gentle pressure. Never force the clipper – if 

resistance is experienced lift clipper away from the head, 
empty hair from the clipper and resume clipping.

7.  If using on areas where there are folds of skin, ensure the 

skin is stretched taught prior to cutting hair in this area.

8.  If you experience any discomfort stop using immediately.

9.  Use the ear taper comb guide to around and above the 

ear for a clean finish. Or, remove the comb guide, flip the 
clipper over and use the blades forfinishing touches on 
the edges of your sideburn, neck and around the ears.
