during the assembly process.

Remove protective plastic film from all 

stainless steel parts before assembly.

Each SARKA grill is packaged in durable shipping 

cartons. If, during assembly, you find that a component 

is damaged in any way, please consult your local 

dealer.

Island opening should measure 18.5” x 35.5”

Assembly Procedures

Assembly Tips:

1. Attach the side trim pieces to the bottom grill body first. Fasten the 

back trim piece and hinges to the grill body at the same time. The 

hinges will fit between the grill body and the trim piece.

2. Attach the gas valve and the igniter to the console front.

3. Fasten the console ends to the console front. The ends are placed 

inside the tabs on the console front. Attach the console to the grill 

body. Tighten all console bolts when alignment is good.

COMPONENTS REQUIRED

(1) Grill Bottom

(1) Console - (2) 1/4 - 20 bolts, lock washers, nuts

(1) Console Rt. End - (4) 1/4 - 20 bolts, lock washers, nuts

(1) Console Lt. End - (4) 1/4 - 20 bolts, lock washers, nuts

(1) Igniter - (2) #8 x 3/8” screws 

(1) Trim Rt. Side - (4) 1/4 - 20 bolts, lock washers, nuts

(1) Trim Lt. Side - (4) 1/4 - 20 bolts, lock washers, nuts

(1) Trim Back - (4) 1/4 - 20 bolts, lock washers, nuts

(2) Hinges - Use same bolts and nuts as back trim piece

(1) Gas Valve - (2) 6-32 nuts

(2) Grease Pan Brackets - (4) 1/4-20 bolts, lock washers, nuts

(1) Igniter Bracket - (2) 1/4 - 20 bolts, lock washers, nuts 

(1) Electrode - (1) #6 x 1/2 Self tapping screw

(1) Gas Valve Knob

(1) Igniter Knob
