ASSEMBLING INSTRUCTIONS
First step: Assemble the up-down tube and the support tube and connect them to the base.
Open the casing and take out the base. Then assemble the support tube and the up-down tube by
inserting the up-down tube into the support tube. Aim the four holes on the bottom of the support
tube at the holes on the base and tighten the screws. Slip down the decorative cover to the base
alongside the support tube and adjust up-down tube to desired height. Then tighten the external joint.
Second step: Assemble the fan blade.
1)
Assemble the guard cover and shroud ring.
Tighten the back cover enclosure to the motor by the fastener. (Pay attention to direction of
rotation). Place the joint of shroud ring downwards and cover the deep groove of shroud ring to the
circle side ring of back cover enclosure. Then tighten the bolt of the joint properly by the nut.
2)
Install the fan blade.
While installing the fan blade, please wedge the groove on the back of the fan blade on the spacer
pin of the output shaft of the motor. Then tighten the fixing nut of the fan blade anticlockwise.
3)
Assemble the front cover
Insert the circle of front cover into the groove of shroud ring, which has been fixed to the back
cover. Finally fasten the bolt of the joint of the shroud ring.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1.
Setting of wind direction
This fan can swing in up and down direction. The angle of facing upwards and downwards can be
adjusted by slightly lift or press the cover.
2.
Setting of shaking
Press the turning button and the head starts rotating. Then pull it out and fan will stop rotating.
3.
Setting of wind speed and wind type
Pressing the buttons on the control panel you can adjust the speed of wind.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem:
When starting the fan, the fan blade doesn’t work.
Solution:
Please check whether the power plug has really inserted into the socket or the cover is
distorted and contacts with the fan blade.
If there is noise when starting the fan, please check the unit as follows:
(1)
Fan blade has been tight installed into the output shaft of the motor.
(2)
The groove on the back of the cover has matched the groove on the output shaft.
(3)
There are tiny defective edges around the fan blade.
(4)
The cover is distorted and contacts with the fan blade.
