There are two ways to mute the alarm when the 

Security Alarm

If the alarm is triggered and 
you are at home, you can 
press the ZigBee button of the 
alarm (WDG71n) to mute the 
alarm.  

 

Step 1. Open the Sapido APP, 
you can press <Message> to 
view the situation immediately. 
  
 

 

Step 2. The event list is sorted 
by date and time. You can turn 
off the alert when you reenter 
the “Event” again to view the 
page with more detail.
