Burn video clips onto a DVD

Double-click on your desktop’s Premiere Elements icon to run the
Premiere Elements program.

The Premiere Elements welcome screen appears.

Click on the [New Project] icon.

The [New Project] dialog box appears.

Type a project name in the “Name:” field.

Use any name that is easy to understand.
