
Event List Options
While you are displaying the day’s events list, press
Options
(right softkey) to access the following options:
v
Add Event
to add a schedule or Call Alarm to the calendar.
v
Delete Event
to delete the selected schedule or Call Alarm
from the list.
v
To Do List
to display the To Do List on the calendar.
v
Go to Date
to jump to another date on the calendar.
v
View Memory
to view the memory status saved in the phone.
v
Delete Memory
to delete memory saved in the phone.
Deleting Events
To delete a day’s scheduled events:
1.
From the Calendar display, select the day for which you
would like to delete events and press .
2.
Highlight an event and press
Options
(right softkey)
>
Delete Event > Yes
(left softkey).
To delete old scheduled events:

From the Calendar display, press
Options
(right softkey)
>
Delete Memory > Delete Old > Yes
(left softkey).
To delete all scheduled events:
1.
From the Calendar display, press
Options
(right softkey)
>
Delete Memory > Delete All
. (An alert will be displayed asking
you to confirm the deletion.)
2.
Press
Yes
(left softkey) to delete all events.
Note:
All events are deleted including Call Alarms (see page 72) and To Do List
items (see page 73).
Going to a Specified Date
1.
From the Calendar display, press
Options
(right softkey)
>
Go to Date
.
2.
Enter a date and press .
