
PCS Ready Link Options
To access PCS Ready Link options, access the PCS Ready Link List and
press
Options
(right softkey). To select an option, highlight it and
press
.
Edit
to edit a PCS Ready Link number and/or a name. See page 34
for details (Personal List only).
Erase
to erase a contact.
Erase Group
appears when you highlight a
group (Personal List only).
New Contact
to add a new contact. See page 32 for details
(Personal List only).
New Group
to add a new group. See page 33 for details (Personal
List only).
Copy
to copy a contact to Personal List.
Copy Group
appears when
you highlight a group. This option doesn’t appear if the entry is
already in Personal List.
Find Name
to find a name from the PCS Ready Link calling list. If
you enter a single letter, the display shows the list beginning with
the letter you entered (not applicable for Company Group
members, Redial, or PCS Ready Link Call History).
Sort List
to sort entries by Type or by Name. Entries without
names are sorted at the bottom of the list (not applicable in Redial
or PCS Ready Link Call History).
Settings
to change settings. Select one item from the following:
Default View
to select the list (Company List or Personal List)
that appears when PCS Ready Link is launched. Default
setting is Company List.
Color
to set backlight color from
Grayscale
,
Forest
,
Sunset
,
Evening
,
Dawn
, or
HighContrast
.
Loudspeaker
to set the speakerphone On or Off when a
PCS Ready Link call is activated. Default setting is On. (If the
phone’s ringer volume is set Vibrate, Ringer Off, or Silence
All, the speakerphone turns Off. Press
to turn the
speakerphone mode On.) (See page 40 for information on
setting your phone’s ringer volume.)
