Ballast, Power Board, SW901, SW902 removal
1. Remove screw A (M4x8) and 3 screws B (M3x6) to remove the Ballast Board.
2. Remove screws C (M4x8) , 3 screw D (T3x8) and the hooks to remove the Power Board Shield.
3. Remove the Power Board Spacer, remove 2 screws E (M3x6) and the hook to remove the Power Board.
4. Remove 2 screws F (T3x6) to remove the Switch Holder, remove 2 screws G (T3x6) to remove the Thermal
Switch (SW902). Remove the Lamp Cover Switch (SW901).
Note: Before remove the screws on the power board, please remove the Himelon sheet firstly, otherwise, it will
be broken.

Warning: (At re-assembly)
The wiring method of the leads and ferrite cores should be
returned exactly the same state as the original, otherwise it
may cause lose of performance and product safety.
The ballast
wire must be
installed under
the temperature
sensible wire of
SW902.
The wire of
SW902 can not
touch the fan.
Install this wire to
make it touch the
insulating spacer
sheet.
The wire
must not
get on
the ferrite
core.
E
