2. Set the power switch to ON

•

 The digital display of the control panel lights up. (The boiling point 

setting temperature appears on the digital display I and 

 - - - 

 appears 

on the digital display II for the first 2 seconds.)

3. Open the cover. 

(The cover can not be opened unless the power switch is turned ON)

Cover being CLOSE

Cover being OPEN

Settings (set temperature and sterilization 
time/cycle) are indicated.
Digital display I: Sterilization temperature
Digital display II: Sterilization time and cycle 
indicated alternately
This status is referred to as 

  Standby 

Status

.

To check the temperature inside 
the chamber,Press the
      and      buttons simultaneously.
The current temperature is 
indicated while these buttons are 
kept pressed.

Digital display I: Temperature inside

Digital display II: Temperature of 
heating water
If the temperature is lower than 25

C, 

        

 appears.

The current temperature of the 
heating water in the chamber is 
indicated.

The figure shown above is for 
the case when the temperature

1) Be sure to check the following points before 

opening the cover.

If you attempt to open the cover by force, trouble may 
be caused with the product.

•

 Power switch is turned ON.

•

 Pressure gauge indicates 0MPa.

•

 COVER LOCK lamp goes out.

4) Open the cover.

2) While pressing down the handle,
3) Pull the movable handle toward you.

The cover can not be unlocked unless the handle 
is pressed down.
