4.4.3 Setup

PPPoE
PPPoE can be used to establish an Internet connection. You need the registration data (user
name, password) from your provider. Once you have saved your entries, you have to re-boot
the camera so that is able to connect via PPPoE.
Note:
If you connect via PPPoE, you have to disable UPnP to avoid a conflict.
4.4.4 Setup
Network
DDNS
DDNS can be used to access the system from outside your network. In order to do this, an
external server is required.
Server type:
Select the DDNS protocol from the list.
Server address:
This is the IP address of the DDNS server. Depending on the selected server, it will be set
automatically.
