Operating and safety instructions
Read all the information for safety and health through. If you are uncertain whether you can use the
infrared cabin or not, consult with your doctor.
If you feel dizzy or overheated during use, leave the infrared cabin instantly.
1)
Set the temperature to a comfortable level one, usually about 30-45 ° C.

Preheat the infrared cabin before use about 5-10 minutes.

The sweating usually begins after 10-15 minutes after you enter the infrared cabin. We
recommend that you not use the infrared sauna for longer than 45 minutes. Optimal is 20-30
