8. Warranty
REGISTER YOUR MACHINE TO VALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY.
To validate your warranty, register your tool with SANLI UK after its purchase
by returning the warranty card provided at the back of the user's manual or
on the website: www.sanli.co.uk/register/.
SANLI UK guarantees the machine (engine included) for 24 months from the
date of purchase.
SANLI UK guarantees the replacement of all defective parts due to fault or
manufacturing defect.
In no case will the guarantee result in a refund of hardware or direct or
indirect damages.
The liability of SANLI UK cannot in any case be sought for a value higher than
that of the tool in question. In particular, SANLI UK declines all liability in case
of any material or immaterial damage caused by this device.
To benefit from the After Sales Service under guarantee, the claimant has to
contact an After Sales Centre approved by SANLI UK. The list of approved
After Sales Centres is available on the website
www.sanli.co.uk .
Present the machine together with your proof of purchase, showing the
serial number or the duly completed warranty card.
The warranty does not cover:
• Improper use or use which does not conform to the manual,
• A lack of maintenance
• Professional or rental use
• The assembly, setting up or starting of the tool.
• Damage or loss resulting from the transport or movement of the tool
• Damages caused by an impact or fall
• The cost of transport or packaging materials (no costs incurred in
sending the tool will be accepted by the after sales service)
• The user or the consumable parts (the deflector protection, the fixing
system, the starter cord, the spark plug, the filters, the spool and its
support, the fuel etc.)
The warranty shall be automatically void in the event of:
• Modifications made to the tool without the express permission of SANLI
UK
• Misuse which does not comply with the manual and / or regulations in
force.
•
The use of parts that are not original or approved.
