PRESENTATION OF THE MANUAL
ON RECEIPT OF THE DEVICE, BEFORE PERFORMING ANY OPERATION, READ THIS MANUAL
CAREFULLY.
This manual contains instructions for use and maintenance of the device purchased. The manual
consists of several sections, each of which covers a number of topics.
Before starting any operation, it is necessary to have read and understood the entire manual and
studied the topic relating to the operations to be carried out. This manual contains proprietary
information and cannot be, even partially, provided to third parties, in any form, for a purpose other
than that relating to the use of the device.
This manual is intended for the user in charge of using the device and relates to the technical life
of the same, after its production and sale. In the event that it is subsequently transferred to third
parties for any reason (sale, loan for use, other), the device must be delivered complete with all
documentation.
The manual must be kept by whoever has the task of managing, using and maintaining the device. In
case of deterioration or loss, a certified copy may be requested from the manufacturer.
We declare that the information contained in this document is congruent with the technical
and safety specifications of the device to which this refers. A certified copy of this manual is
deposited in the technical file of the device, kept at the manufacturer, which does not recognize
any documentation that has not been produced, issued or distributed by the manufacturer himself
or by his authorized representative. This document, like all the technical file, will be kept by the
manufacturer for the entire period required by law. After this period, it will be the duty and care of
whoever manages the product to ensure that both the product and the documentation comply with
the laws in force at the time of the inspection.
WARRANTY
The warranty rules are valid only if the device is used in the conditions of intended use. Any repairs
or modifications made to the device by the user or by other unauthorized persons will invalidate the
warranty.
The warranty does not extend to damage caused by inexperience or negligence in the use of the
device or by bad or omitted maintenance.
The products sold by us are covered by warranty with respect to the device under the following
conditions:
•
The warranty is valid for a period of 24 months;
•
The manufacturing company undertakes to replace at its own discretion the malfunctioning or
incorrectly manufactured parts, only after careful control and verification of bad assembly;
•
Transport and / or shipping costs are always charged to the customer in case of incorrect use of
the warranty terms;
•
During the warranty period, the replaced products become the property of the manufacturer;
•
Only the original purchaser who has complied with the normal maintenance instructions
contained in the manual can benefit from this guarantee. Warranty liability expires when
the original owner relinquishes ownership of the product, or when changes are made to the
product;
•
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from excessive stress, such as the use of the
device after the detection of an anomaly, the use of unsuitable operating methods as well as
failure to observe the instructions for use and maintenance.
The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for any difficulties that may arise in resale or use abroad
due to the legal provisions in force in the country where the product was sold.
The product which, in its entirety or in part, should prove to be defective, must be delivered at its
own expense to the manufacturer or retailer for replacement. This operation cannot take place except
against a valid proof of purchase (invoice, copy of payment, receipt, other). Any out-of-warranty
repair costs will be charged to the buyer.
GENERAL SAFETY RULES
If any of the documentation is even partially missing or illegible, consult the manufacturer before
carrying out any further operation on the device.
This chapter describes the general safety rules to be observed during any operation performed with
the device. The intervention procedures, described in the following chapters, must be carried out
respecting both the indicated execution modalities and the general safety regulations of this chapter.
The safety rules and the configuration, use and maintenance procedures indicated in this document
are a complement to the general workplace safety rules that must always be respected. Different
nations may have different safety regulations. It is therefore specified that in all cases in which the
regulations in the documentation are in conflict or reductive with the regulations of the country
in which the device is used, the regulations in force in the area will have priority over those in this
documentation.
THE MANUFACTURER CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR ACCIDENTS OR DAMAGES
RESULTING FROM THE INAPPROPRIATE USE OF THE DEVICE, AS WELL AS THE NON-
COMPLIANCE, EVEN PARTIAL, OF THE SAFETY RULES AND THE DOCUMENT PROVIDED IN THIS
DOCUMENT.
Failure to comply with the rules of use and the methods of intervention, configuration, use and
maintenance of the device contained in this document also results in the cancellation of the warranty
terms.
During connection and subsequent use of the device, operating situations may occur that are
incorrect or not foreseen in the manuals. These completely anomalous situations can sometimes be
caused by environmental factors or by fortuitous failures not foreseeable by the manufacturer. In case
of need, do not hesitate to contact the manufacturer.
IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO OPERATE ON THE DEVICE IN METHODS NOT EXPRESSLY PROVIDED
FOR IN THIS DOCUMENT.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR UNPACKING AND HANDLING
The device is supplied inside a cardboard box complete with polystyrene packaging in order to
preserve its characteristics during the transport and storage phases. Despite this, the product must
always be handled with care in order to avoid damage.
The packaging components must not be made available to children as they constitute a suffocation
hazard. Under no circumstances is it allowed to bring the packaging parts to the mouth. Do not
dispose of the packaging material in the environment, dispose of it according to separate collection.
