1. In the Manual Tuning mode, press OK then /- button to
    scroll through the band III options:
    5A 174.92 MHz    5B 176.64 MHz    13E 237.48 MHz
    13F 239.20 MHz      5A 174.92 MHz.

2. Press OK button to select the stations.

3. The first line to indicate signal strength.
