OPTION
• This unit can only communicate with HDMI-CEC compatible
devices.
• To be sure that the HDMI-CEC device has this feature, check to see
if there is HDMI-CEC compatible logo on it.
• HDMI-CEC function only works when the AV device supporting
CEC is turned on.

HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel)
With the ARC function, it allows you to send audio input from your ARC-compliant TV to ARC-compliant audio devices (e.g. home
theatre) without the need to connect an optical cable.
HDMI-ARC Connection
To enjoy the ARC function, make sure your ARC-compliant audio devices are connected by an HDMI 1.4 cable to the HDMI 1(ARC)
port of your ARC-compliant TV. Then, just use your TV remote control to adjust the volume output (VOL +/- and MUTE) of the
connected audio device.

• Make sure the audio device supports the ARC function and is
connected to the correct HDMI input source.
• All HDMI cables are not included.
• Only HDMI 1.4 cables can support the ARC function.
• The HDMI ARC only works on the HDMI 1 (ARC) input on the TV.
• Some HDMI ARC-compliant devices may not support this function.
• Please refer to your ARC-compliant devices' guidebook for more
details on the operation of the HDMI ARC function.
• Ensure HDMI CEC is On.
