2. TERMOWEB CONTROL BOX
Connect the TERMOWEB CONTROL BOX to the router using the Ethernet cable (1). Connect
the USB cable (2) to the TERMOWEB CONTROL BOX and to the power supply unit supplied.
Wait two minutes and check by means of the LED lights on the TERMOWEB CONTROL BOX
that it is communicating correctly with the router.
NOTE: the TERMOWEB CONTROL BOX should preferably be registered before installing it. If
registering after installing, it may take a few minutes for it to be accessible from the mobile
application: if you don’t want to wait, disconnect and reconnect the TERMOWEB CONTROL
BOX’s power supply.

The TERMOWEB CONTROL BOX shows its status by means of its LED lights:
• Green off, orange flashing intermittently for one second: discovery status (device pairing).
• Orange off, green flashing intermittently for 0.2 seconds: the router has not assigned an
IP address to the control box.
• Orange on, green flashing briefly every 5 seconds: the router has assigned an IP address
to the control box correctly but there is no communication with the server.
• Orange on, briefly alternates with green every 5 seconds: the router has assigned an IP
address correctly and the control box is communicating with the server.
2.2. REQUIREMENTS FOR CORRECT OPERATION
The TERMOWEB CONTROL BOX needs an Internet connection by means of a broadband rou-

If you are having problems connecting or if it is a corporate network check with an IT techni-

be changed in a household router:
