When batteries are fully charged, all four LEDs
will light constantly.
NB: If the battery is switched off, you can read
the charging status in the LEDs by pressing the
button [1].
3.2 Charge device from the battery without USB
connection
Connect your iPhone or iPod to the dock
connector. Charging begins and the orange
status LED [2] flashes.
The battery will now charge your device and
will therefore drain itself during the process.
3.3 Charge device with USB connection
If the battery is connected to a USB port and
you connect an iPhone or iPod to the dock
connector, then that device will be charged first.
Charging of the battery will continue once the
connected device is fully charged or removed.
NB: If the power supply is interrupted, the battery
will not automatically begin to charge the
connected device. Press the status button to
begin charging from the battery.
If you are charging via your computer’s USB
port, syncing will start automatically.
